I love collaborating and creating meditative wellness programming for kind businesses and mission-driven non-profits. As a presenter, my goal is to deliver culturally competent wellness workshops that illuminate foundational concepts in mindfulness meditation, stress-reduction, and health. I'm passionate about engaging diverse groups of participants in hands-on learning, empowering them to make better health-related decisions, increasing resilience in the work environment and at home. With over 10 years of experience creating transformative retreats, corporate coaching and building non-profit health education programs, I’ve worked with almost every kind of business and service organization imaginable: schools, community organizations, synagogues, church pension funds, hotels, law firms and more. Working With Me One-On-One

Can you think of three daily actions that would make you healthier and happier right now if you could only follow through on them?

Is the voice you use when talking to your body as kind as the voice you would use talking to a loved one?

In my private coaching practice, I provide wellness coaching for groups and individuals. I use the stages of behavior change and motivational interviewing to work with clients who feel ambivalent or are struggling to make healthier choices in their lives. I've worked extensively with individuals in recovery from addiction. I support clients by incorporating meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and stress management in our time together. 

My six and twelve-month programs incorporate guided meditations, mindful eating exercises, movement exercises, personalized suggestions, cooking instruction, and recipes. Materials are designed to support clients in cultivating awareness of their own bodies and self-care needs. 

I meet with clients worldwide via Skype, work in harmony with therapists, nutritionists and holistic healers and I specialize in working with women who are struggling with depression, anxiety and substance use.

The base level program includes:

  • Four 50- minute sessions per month in which you will learn about: mindful movement, body awareness, intuitive eating, yoga and many forms of meditation.

  • Email support between sessions

  • Coaching and support to help you make the lifestyle changes that make you feel connected and empowered in your heart, mind and body.
