In addition to my work as a coach and a teacher, I'm passionate about supporting ethical businesses, professionals, private practices and non-profit organizations. I provide creative insight and compassionate consulting, helping entrepreneurs and innovative non-profits identify and avoid road blocks and utilize creative and unexpected resources. I love watching sustainable businesses and purpose-driven projects come to life. I pride myself in providing grounded, organized, thoughtful and ethical strategic support and maintaining a focus on cultivating community through authentic, meaningful partnerships and communications.

Mindfulness Workshops and Community Health
I love collaborating and creating meditative wellness programming for kind businesses and mission-driven non-profits. As a presenter, my goal is to deliver culturally competent wellness workshops that illuminate foundational concepts in mindfulness meditation, stress-reduction, and health. I'm passionate about engaging diverse groups of participants in hands-on learning, empowering them to make better health-related decisions, increasing resilience in the work environment and at home. For the last 7 years, I've been facilitating Dharma Punx Thursdays in New York City, a group that practices Insight meditation grounded in Buddhist psychology and philosophy. I also work with student's one-on-one to deepen their meditative practices and often teach open retreats.

In my private coaching practice, I provide wellness coaching for groups and individuals. I use the stages of behavior change and motivational interviewing to work with clients who feel ambivalent or are struggling to make healthier choices in their lives. I've worked extensively with individuals in recovery from addiction. I also support clients by incorporating meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and stress management in our time together.
My six and twelve-month programs incorporate guided meditations, mindful eating exercises, movement exercises, personalized suggestions, cooking instruction, and recipes. Materials are designed to support clients in cultivating awareness of their own bodies, fitness, and self-care needs.
I meet with clients worldwide via Skype, work in harmony with therapists, nutritionists and holistic healers and I specialize in working with women who are struggling with depression, anxiety and substance misuse.
As a health coach, I offer structured support and liberating guidance as you set goals and make changes that improve your health and happiness. My job is to listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are sustainable for you.

The base level program includes:
- Two 50- minute sessions per month in which you will learn about: mindful movement, intuitive eating, and many forms of meditation
- Email support between sessions
- Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
- Exercises that will transform your relationship to your physical body
- Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
- Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
- A personal and individualized monthly list of recommendations and inspirations in your inbox

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, in which we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Is stress at your job or in your a relationship lead you to emotional overeating? Does shame or fear inhibit you from asking for support or making changes for your personal happiness, thus undermining your attempts to follow through on creating healthier habits? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
